Summer’s a time of togetherness and it holds all of the great and challenging things that any close space does. Filled with endless berry picking and gardens that mutate into small jungles…stacks upon stacks of library books and plenty of time outs. Tents and crashing waves. And sand that seems to multiply in sleeping bags.
A lifetime of family memories are built upon 18 of these, each one coming and going faster than the one before.
Blank pages are written on a whim but they always tell of late nights, lazy mornings, bare feet and dirt stained hands. A great bounty of fresh food fills our bellies and the hard work is quickly forgotten. A sacred season to live.
Looks like a magical summer…
